In the news today. Most commonly consumers tend to contact mypillow to ask questions about. Request for information return replace shipping and delivery. I believed that i could return the topper but that is not true.

After reading the costs to return the pillow topper i believe it would cost me around 50 dollars for the cost of my pillow. Mypillow is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose treat mitigate or cure any disease. Shipping the item to me then in addition the charge via ups to ship would be around 30. That deducts 50 from what i have already paid.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. I would wake up in the morning with a sore arm my neck would hurt my fingers would be numb i would toss and turn all night not knowing why. Mypillow ltd will refund 100 of your purchases price less shipping costs for any reason within 60 days from the time we receive your returned product. Mypillow buyer beware mattress topper.

Mypillow products have a 10 year warranty on any workmanship and or material defects. This refund will be processed within 30 days from the time we receive your returned product.

Customer service said i had to donate the topper get a donation receipt and send the receipt plus the packing slip to my pillow to get a refund.
