If your drawers are 24 or wider you can place either one pull or one knob in the middle of the drawer or two pulls or two knobs on either side of the drawer.

To do this simply measure the drawer front divide by 3 and from the left and right put knobs at that distance. For small drawers less than 24 wide center the knobs or pulls in both directions.
